Questions we hear on the floor

Straight answers about how AdWaveNest works, what we deliver, and how to brief us. If your question is not here, write to [email protected].

AdWaveNest Studio Pte. Ltd. is an ad creative studio — a team of people in Singapore who produce campaign photography, retouching, motion, and social assets for brands. We shoot on our Tai Seng floor, grade on calibrated monitors, and deliver batches named for your media plan.

We are not an ad network (we do not sell impressions or manage programmatic buys), not a smart-home installation company, not a property agency, and not an investment or financial services platform. Our name sometimes confuses search engines; if you need media buying, property, or wealth products, we are the wrong studio — but if you need campaign visuals, you are in the right loft.

A batch is a defined set of assets sharing art direction, naming conventions, and export specs — for example, twelve static variants and four motion loops for a single campaign flight. Batching keeps colour consistent, reduces set-change downtime, and makes QA straightforward.

You receive a batch summary listing every filename, dimension, and intended channel. When you need mid-flight variants, we extend the batch rather than starting a disconnected one-off that drifts from the original grade.

Simple packshot batches often turn around in one to two weeks from approved brief. Lifestyle shoots with talent, location, and motion add one to two weeks for pre-production and another week for retouch. Rush timelines are possible when the floor has capacity — tell us your media live date early.

We provide a timeline in our scope document before you commit. Delays usually come from late product samples, unresolved art direction, or client review cycles — we flag those risks in the kickoff call.

Both. Agency producers often manage the client relationship while we handle production; in-house brand teams brief us directly. We can join client presentations when helpful and keep NDA boundaries clear when we work behind the agency.

We do not compete for your media budget — we stay in our lane as a production partner. Media strategy, placement, and buying remain with you or your agency.

We export for paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), display programmatic, e-commerce marketplaces, retail POS, and OOH including bus shelters and MRT panels common in Singapore. Provide your trafficking spec sheet and we map filenames accordingly.

Motion deliverables include MP4 and MOV with codec notes for your ad server. Stills arrive as TIFF masters plus compressed JPEG or WebP for upload.

Yes, by appointment. The Loft is a working floor — sets, cables, and sometimes talent on site — so we schedule visits outside active shoot blocks when possible. Email [email protected] or use the contact form to request a walkthrough.

Standard retouch includes two consolidated revision rounds via annotated PDF. We ask clients to batch comments per round rather than sending piecemeal notes — that keeps the batch coherent and on schedule. Additional rounds are quoted upfront for high-volume work.

Reshoots due to changed art direction or new SKUs are scoped separately. If the error is on our side — wrong crop spec, missed dust spot — we fix it without debate.

Usage terms are defined in your statement of work — typically campaign-period digital and print rights for agreed territories. Extended buyouts, perpetuity, and third-party sublicensing are available and priced explicitly. Talent and music clearances are separate line items when applicable.

We retain portfolio rights unless your contract restricts it; many clients allow us to show work after campaign launch. See our terms for the framework; specifics are in each project agreement.
