("AdWaveNest", "we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202784725M) with registered address at 18 Tai Seng Street, #07-05, 18 Tai Seng, Singapore 539775.

By accessing the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. Separate written agreements govern paid production services; where those agreements conflict with these Terms on service delivery, the written agreement prevails.

2. Nature of our business

AdWaveNest is an ad creative studio — a team of people who produce campaign photography, retouching, motion graphics, and social channel assets for brand marketing. The Website presents our studio, portfolio, and enquiry channels.

Important clarification: AdWaveNest is not an advertising network, demand-side platform, or media buyer; not a smart-home installation or IoT services company; not a real estate agency, property listing service, or conveyancing provider; and not an investment, wealth management, or financial advisory platform. Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer of securities, property, or financial products. If you arrived seeking those services, please note we cannot assist — our sole commercial activity described here is creative production for brand campaigns.

Project deliverables commissioned under production contracts are licensed as specified in your statement of work — ownership and usage rights are not transferred by browsing the Website.

5. Enquiries and communications

Contact forms and email addresses on the Website route to our team for creative brief, production, social channel, and general inquiries. Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding contract. We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our capabilities, capacity, or compliance requirements.

6. Portfolio and case studies
